Patrick is an Associate in our highly regarded Dispute Resolution team, which is recognised in the Legal 500. Patrick deals with all aspects of commercial litigation, with a particular specialisation in company/shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, and company insolvency.

• Advised and negotiated on dispute leading to agreement of Heads of Terms on a company demerger
