About Katie
Katie McColgan is a distinguished family law practitioner active on financial settlements and children matters. She is a trained arbitrator and mediator as well as a collaborative lawyer.
Katie is not only expert in the law surrounding families, but efficient, approachable, practical and able to think about creative solutions. She is able to give clear, concise and sound guidance along each step of the process of divorce/separation. In addition, with the backing of Berry Smith commercial property, company and litigation teams, she is able to offer tailormade advice in relation to business men and women, without having to go outside the practice.
Whilst always seeking the best for her clients, she is always keen to see if matters can be resolved amicably through ADR processes.
