About Hannah
Hannah is a solicitor in our Dispute Resolution department, specialising in Property Litigation.
She joined the firm as a paralegal in 2016 after obtaining a First Class Honours degree in Law (LLB) from Swansea University, and undertook the majority of her solicitor training our Private Client department, gaining extensive experience in equity release re-financing, residential conveyancing, lease enfranchisement, together with Wills & Probate work. Alongside her training at the firm, Hannah obtained her Legal Practice Course diploma in 2020.
Upon her qualification in 2023, Hannah joined the litigation department, where she now works on a variety of property-related disputes, including housing disrepair claims, landlord and tenant disputes, and regularly advises clients on disputes and contentious matters arising from property sales and purchases, such as misrepresentation and negligence claims. She also assists on Contentious Probate and Estate claims of varying complexity.
Hannah’s background in working on property transactions prior to joining the Dispute Resolution team allows her to offer specialist advice on both contentious and non-contentious aspects of real estate matters and provide a seamless all-round service to clients in respect of their land or property portfolios.
