About Christina

Christina graduated from Cardiff University in 2003 with an LLB Law and German, including a year studying German Law at the University of Passau in Bavaria. Following completion of the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University in 2004, she worked at various Cardiff firms before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2008.

Following her qualification, she spent a year working for the Official Receivers Office, before joining a Swansea firm in 2010, specialising in residential conveyancing acting for clients throughout England and Wales. Christina joined Berry Smith as an Associate in the Private Client Department in September 2022 handling residential property matters.

• Handling an extensive caseload during the 2020 and 2021 stamp duty/land transaction tax discount periods
• Undertaking the voluntary First Registration of a large rural property including locating and discharging mortgages of life policies
• Acting in the sale and purchase of high value properties
