Berry Smith worked closely with the shareholders of CST Wealth Management, Gwyn Williams and Karen Best, throughout the deal, providing commercially focused legal advice and expertise. The Berry Smith corporate team led the negotiation of the legal terms, facilitating the smooth navigation of a complex transaction.

This acquisition enhances Brooks Macdonald’s growing presence in Wales, with the excellent client service offered by CST Wealth Management aligning with Brooks Macdonald’s aim to expand client reach. With the CST Wealth Management team already well-known to Brooks Macdonald, the transaction bolsters their growth strategy in financial planning.
