Berry Smith are delighted to have advised Courtenay Probert and Rachel Probert on the management buy-in of Cardiff-headquartered Learna Holdings Limited which also trades via Learna, Diploma MSc and StudyPRN brands.
Since 2010, Learna have established themselves as the leading provider of Postgraduate Diplomas, Masters and MBA courses with over 5,000 students progressing their career via their qualifications.
Berry Smith worked closely with Courtenay and Rachel throughout the transaction to enable them to lead the business into its next phase of growth.
