Once the terms are agreed we can draft and/or review any documentation again making sure that your interests are protected. We will then ensure that the transaction runs as smoothly as possible by dealing with any enquiries raised by the other side’s solicitor, reporting to a lender (if required), and dealing with post completion matters like stamp duty and title registration leaving you to focus on your business without needing to worry.
