Today, they are a team of highly skilled trades people who use their knowledge and expertise to deliver high quality projects, from design, through to completion.
Berry Smith worked closely with Anthony & Dawn during the transaction, providing commercially focused legal advice on matters encompassing the corporate, banking, commercial property and employment elements of the transaction. The team led the drafting and negotiation of the legal terms for Anthony & Dawn, facilitating the navigation of a complex transactional process with minimal fuss.
