About Lowri
Lowri is a Solicitor within the Commercial Property Department here at Berry Smith.
Lowri joined Berry Smith in 2021 originally as a paralegal alongside her legal practice studies at Cardiff University. Lowri undertook her undergraduate legal studies at Cardiff University and as part of her law degree, Lowri was awarded a professional placement year working at a top 100 law firm. Lowri commenced her training contract here at Berry Smith in 2022, where she spent the majority of her training contract expanding her knowledge on a wide range of commercial property matters within the commercial property department. During her training contract, Lowri also gained experience within Berry Smith’s dispute resolution department, assisting solicitors on contentious property matters and gained experience within Berry Smith’s Transaction and Business Services Department.
Lowri qualified as a Solicitor at Berry Smith in 2024 and now works with a broad range of clients including Landlords and Tenants, private individuals, lenders, charities, and works with both public and private sector clients. Lowri assists and advises on a range of transactions including the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial properties, the granting and taking of leases and property financing. Lowri’s primary focus is to build strong client relationships and provide her clients with good client service through providing advice which is clear and easily digestible for her clients with a commercial approach.
Outside of work, born and bred in Cardiff, Lowri is an avid rugby supporter having been brought up watching (and playing) the sport and spent 6 years as a member of the Welsh Rugby Union’s international match day ball team and so you’ll regularly find Lowri cheering on Cardiff Rugby at the Arms Park.
