About Lauren

Lauren is a Senior Associate in our highly regarded Dispute Resolution team, which is recognised in the Legal 500 independent guide to the legal profession. She studied Law and Criminology at the University of Portsmouth before completing her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford. Lauren completed her legal training with a national firm and joined Berry Smith in 2019. She is an experienced litigator with extensive experience in commercial disputes. Lauren is extremely approachable and acts for individuals and businesses from a variety of sectors.

• Regularly advises with various property and land disputes, including trespass, nuisance, boundary disputes, rights of way and adverse possession claims.

• Has acted for both landlords and tenants on various disputes of a wide range of complexities and values.
