About Owen

Owen James joined Berry Smith in 2014 and is a senior associate in our corporate finance department. Owen advises on a broad range of corporate matters and has particular experience in advising clients on complex mergers and acquisitions and reorganisations. Owen advises a wide range of companies and private individuals on company law and corporate governance issues. Owen advises clients active in a range of sectors including manufacturing, property development, education, food and drink and logistics.
