Berry Smith is delighted to have advised on the merger between the wholesale electrical supply businesses of Bridgend based Total Electrical Distributors and Templegate Electrical Supplies, headquartered in Bristol, which was part of the acquisition of Templegate by Morris McLellan Limited, part of the JW Morris Group
Under the terms of the deal, the enlarged supply business will trade under the name of Templegate Electrical Supplies from depots at Bridgend, Bristol, Swansea, Newport, Cheltenham and Dorchester.
Andrew Bound, Owen James and Jennifer Pinder acted for Morris McLellan Limited on all aspects of the acquisition and merger. The JW Morris Group has been a long standing client of Berry Smith, who act for the Group on all of its transactions.
Brian Scott and Andy Lee of Graham Paul Accountants provided accountancy and taxation advice to the Group.
